Full Time students

International students are most welcome to join our campus as full time students.  Beginning of the study period is always September. If you live too far away from Toulon to come in for the personal interview, we can arrange an interview via skype.

For application you’ll need to hand in the following documents:

• Resume (CV)
• Cover letter
• Book
• All former study records
• Passport copy
• Language proof (only Master 2 is taught in English, you’ll need a minimum level of B1 in French for all other levels)
•  Application form

Exchange students

If you wish to pass one or two semesters at our school of design, please check first if your institution is an official partner of our school of design. If this is the case, you’ll need to inform the international office of your home institution about your wish to come to Toulon. Your international coordinator will nominate you at our international office.

We can receive incoming exchange students on any level. Please be aware that only Master 2 is in English, all other levels are taught in French + English occasionally.

For applications please hand in the following documents to your international coordinator, who will send them to us:

• The application form duly filled
•  Resume/CV
• Cover letter
• Book
• Two ID photographs
• Last transcript of records
• Copy of ID
•  Learning agreement
•  Birth certificate translated in French
•  Proof of health insurance

Once you application has been approved by us, you’ll be contacted by our student association ‘welcome’, who will help you with finding accommodation, arrival, orientation and so on.
